GOL-SIV organizes PPE claims by product family, SKU, and lot context. The methodology below explains the test categories buyers commonly ask to verify before checkout, quote approval, or B2B reorder.

Where lot documentation is available, support can use the lot number to review the relevant record instead of guessing from a generic spec sheet.

Dielectric

Wet test by electrical class

ASTM D120

Instrument: Wet dielectric test setup
Conditions: Test conditions are confirmed by electrical class, SKU claim, and available product record.
Sample logic: Confirmed by SKU, class, and available product record.
Acceptance: Pass threshold confirmed by class and applicable standard.
Reject action: Support reviews failed or disputed results by order and lot context.
Records held: Available records confirmed during support review.

OSHA 1910.137 requires 6-month in-service retest for insulating gloves. Initial documentation, where supplied, does not replace downstream retesting responsibility.

Cut force

TDM-100 reference method

ANSI/ISEA 105 · EN 388

Instrument: TDM-100 cut tester
Conditions: Stroke, blade, and gram-force method follow the relevant standard reference.
Sample logic: Confirmed by SKU and claimed cut level.
Acceptance: Rated ANSI level verified against the applicable g-force band.
Reject action: Claim, rating, or order action reviewed by product record.
Records held: Available records confirmed during support review.

Permeation

Chemical breakthrough review

EN 374-3 · EN 16523-1

Instrument: Permeation cell / detector setup
Conditions: Chemical family, exposure time, and glove material must match the requested claim.
Sample logic: Confirmed by SKU, chemical exposure, and available record.
Acceptance: Breakthrough level confirmed against the stated product claim.
Reject action: Claim, substitute product, or order path reviewed by support.
Records held: Available records confirmed during support review.
